Eleganza Smart Junior is a fully adjustable electric bed developed for pediatric patients aged 4-15. The dimensions of Eleganza Smart Junior are adapted to the ergonomics of a child’s body.

The height of Eleganza Smart Junior can be electrically adjusted. The four-section mattress platform ensures that the bed can be adjusted to various positions and the modern column construction provides it with exceptional stability.

The attractive design for children, including the colour scheme, has a positive effect on both the small patients and their parents.

The side rails have smaller gaps between the rails than standard hospital beds and do not create gaps at the head-end of the bed. It is also possible to add a plastic protector to the side rails to maximise patient protection. The single collapsible side rails can be easily lowered at the bed sides.

The unique GO safety concept prevents accidental positioning of the hospital bed. The controls are activated for a period of 3 minutes with the GO button. 

The backrest is equipped with CPR unblocking for immediate resuscitation. 

The Supervisor control panel is equipped with pre-programmed functions and nurses can use it to lock the bed's functions. The patient and nurse hand control can be used to adjust the height and position of the bed’s mattress platform.

The autoregression of the mattress platform extends the pelvic area by 11 cm contributing to the prevention of pressure ulcers whilst enhancing patient comfort.
